Everdure gas heaters are reliable and efficient but they can break down. Inevitably, your gas heater usually breaks down when you need it most. Consequently, fixing the problem at hand becomes an urgent call.

Everdure heater repairs and services can generally be done on location.  Everdure heater conversion to LPG or natural gas on the other hand requires us to bring your heater back to the workshop where your Everdure heater will be serviced, converted (approximate 10 – 14 day turn around).  Once your Everdure heater conversion and testing has been completed, one of our technicians will deliver your heater, set it up and run your heater. All parts used are genuine Everdure parts and come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

Some issues that indicate that your Everdure gas heater may require repairs

Everdure heater will not ignite: this could be an indicator that your Everdure heater may require a new ignition box or may require repairs. This could also be due to a faulty thermocouple or tilt switch. On most occasions our Everdure heater technician will be able to resolve this issue during the service of your heater but may require repairs/replacement of parts.

No spark on Everdure heater: this could be due a faulty igniter which may require repairs or replacement of injectors. A service may resolve this issue but may require repairs/replacement of parts.

Everdure heater not staying lit: there could be issues relating to the gas regulator or the thermocouple. A service may resolve this issue but may require repairs/replacement of parts.

Pilot light keeps going out: your Everdure heater pilot light relies on a good supply of gas to remain lit. There could be issues with the gas valve that supplies the gas. It is also possible that there is a thermocouple malfunction.  Our gas heater repairer will be able to assess the issue and advise of and repairs/replacement requirements.

Everdure gas heater button stuck: the button mechanism or the spring system on your Everdure heater may have broken causing your heater button 1, button 2, off/on button to get stuck.  Our heater technician will be able to resolve this issue during the service of your heater and will try to repair or will need to replace the part.

Our Everdure heater technician will provide you with an itemized quote on parts and labour for any repair and conversion that is required on your Everdure heater.  If the repair can be done on site, the technician will complete it, otherwishe they will bring your heater back to our workshop for the work to be completed by one of our Everdure heater repairers. Once the repair or conversion work has been completed, your Everdure heater technician will bring your heater back to your residence and reconnect it.  All work completed by our Everdure heater repairer will come with a 6 month warranty on labour and 1 year manufacturer warranty on parts.
